It's a brewery, you have to be clear about that: it was very well attended, hence the background noise accordingly (so nothing for a candlelight dinner 😉). BUT: the food was very tasty, the beer tasted good and the service was super friendly 👍😍! I will definitely come back on my next visit 🙏

Despite the fact that this place is always packed, you're guaranteed to get a tasty beer and a delicious meal.

Today was nothing. Ordered pork knuckles and roast pork. Both dishes were too dizzy, as the saying goes. So it wasn't a pleasure. Here price for performance wasn't right at all. Everything was too well cooked and the crust wasn't crispy. Old groceries, finished products? But what was great ... the beer.

Nice pump room and beer garden. The interior is divided into two areas. On the one hand the pump room with large tables, on the other hand an area with smaller tables which is slightly raised. Outside there is a nice terrace on which you can also get the complete menu as inside. Below the terrace is a beer garden with a somewhat small and a reduced menu. The food in the beer garden can be ordered self-service or via the app and then picked up in the self-service area. The prices are a bit high.

There were five of us in the beer garden today. The service was great (5 out of 5). Three of us each ordered the breaded pork schnitzel with salad. The schnitzels weren't good at all. Bread is soft, baked too short and the schnitzel itself is not seasoned. It was not a homemade breading, looked like ready-made schnitzel from the discounter. Quite disappointing ...

The number one in the Böblingen district. Super large beer garden with self-service and / or service. The food is fresh and delicious. The beer selection is very good. Anytime again 👍🏻

Great place to be! Great ambience, be it inside or out in the open! The fact that they have a biergarten outside functioning separately, yet a part of them. Biergarten experience is a first for me as we need to order the drinks and pay up front. They have a snacks bar set up only for biergarten where we can order the snacks to have with the beer. Best place to hang out with bunch of friends or family. The staff is super friendly and speak good English.

Very good address, large beer garden and delicious Swabian food. Even your own home-brewed beer 🍻 is very tasty 😋 I've been here several times and it's always good and tasty. The service staff is also very friendly and takes good care of the guests. So I can only recommend the brewery 👍

Best place for summer

A wonderful experience of a true German beer garden. The food here is always good and the setting is great. Sit outside and enjoy the beer garden in summer or inside in winter in a traditional brewery setting. The beer here is varied and good.

The brewery has a large dining room and a terrace that is assessed. Some of the beer gardens are self-service. The food was very good and quickly finished. You can come here with larger groups as there is enough space.

You can taste delicious local foods there. However, be careful if you have any lactose or gluten intolerance, you should check the ingredients, because the foods can contain lactose or gluten even if they are marked gluten or lactose free.

Great service, lots of space. Good beer and food is good too. Corona rules are followed well. There is an area that enjoys complete service and then there is a larger area where service sometimes comes, but you can also hire yourself and get supplies. The building is very modern and has many large windows, which makes it pleasantly bright. The toilets are clean. Always happy to go there.

The brunch package from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. is very extensive and delicious. Service excellent and super friendly. Because of Coroner there is currently no buffet, but there is a choice between 3 breakfasts and 3 lunchtime options. Everything was very plentiful and very good quality. There was also a soup and a dessert. I also think it's very good that there is the option of choosing a vegetarian option. Highly recommended we had 4 very cozy hours.

A fantastic atmosphere, delicious beer, and delicious food. A great place to go for Americans the staff are friendly and will to help you through the German. I would highly recommend the cola-bier, and haufbrau-spezial. All around just an absolutely lovely experience, and highly recommended for those who are fluent, to those who don't really know the language, 5/5 no doubt in my mind.

We have ate here a couple when we travel to Germany to see family. Both times the food was delicious and there was so much, we had to take left overs home. Both times, we went it wasn't busy (middle of the day). The staff was very friendly. Parking was available in the lot. I highly recommend eating here. You can also find their menu online!

Really cool Brauhaus in a really cute, upscale town! This is our go-to place when we don't want to make reservations and when we want to have a delicious beer and meal! The servers all speak English and German and they are very friendly and helpful. The menu is extensive for a Brauhaus. We just started coming here and it is the winter, so I believe the menu is different from their summer menu! Either way, the food is delicious. We ordered the pork steak with mushrooms, cream sauce and put on top of spätzle.

Frequent visitor here I love their salads absolutely fantastic. Huge Brewhouse in the middle of town. Close to the Military base and real popular so even on Mondays it is busy. Better to know where parking is ahead of time but service is good and tasty food

Delicious food and efficient service

Went here for lunch with colleagues, and the food was delicious. They have lunch specials, but I opted for one of the regularly available meals. The seating seems oriented toward groups of people, so be prepared to sit next to strangers and chat them up if you're so inclined. Atmosphere was great, and what I expect of a brewery. I thought it was cool that they had a beer Advent calendar!

Large beer selection and extensive food menu. Food was plentiful and well done - great salads. Large, tiered patio and plenty of indoor seating. Dog friendly. Kids playground was large along with a small trail area in the woods for the kids to explore.

Good restaurant for above the standard beer garden foods with great beers. The inside has a very pretty wooden ceiling. When the weather is nice, the outdoor seating gives a lot of extra room. There is also a small playground (unsure if schonbuch owns it) that is nice for the kids to play on. Try the sampler for a nice variety.

Excellent food, excellent brews, and a very friendly wait staff! We stumbled upon this place without a reservation, but the staff was very accommodating to our large family. I highly recommend this restaurant.
